Your key responsibilities will include supporting asset and site-level progress monitoring against approved schedules and milestones. You will assist in tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and managing deviations, including overall risk profiling. This role also involves supporting invoice reviews, cash-flow monitoring, and linking physical progress with disbursement schedules. Furthermore, you will coordinate with site teams and investment fund representatives for reporting, site verification, and fund-release support.

We seek candidates with a Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) and a post-graduation from NICMAR / RICS. Requires 4–6 years of experience in construction projects for real estate developments, with expertise in investment risk monitoring, investment risk advisory, or project monitoring. Strong skills in schedule tracking, risk assessment, and financial oversight are essential for this position.
