This position involves deep engagement with Oracle EBS Procurement modules. You will be instrumental in configuring, implementing, and supporting these essential components to optimize the procure-to-pay lifecycle. A strong understanding of business processes and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 are key to success.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring Oracle EBS Procurement modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, and Sourcing. You will support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Oracle EBS solutions. Configuration of purchasing options, approval hierarchies, and workflows is a core part of this role.

Further responsibilities involve integrating Procurement with other modules like Inventory, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. You will prepare essential functional documentation, conduct testing, and support user acceptance. Collaboration with technical teams on RICEFW objects and troubleshooting procurement issues are also critical. Ensuring compliance and providing end-user training will be part of your remit.

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Procurement modules. A strong grasp of Procure-to-Pay business processes and experience with Oracle EBS R12 are highly desirable. Familiarity with approval management, workflows, and security roles within multi-org environments is essential.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills are required. Candidates must be adept at translating business needs into technical configurations and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. Experience preparing functional documents and performing unit and system testing is also expected.
