This role focuses on project and client management, leveraging your expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to ensure successful project outcomes. You will support solution development and operational excellence, aligning with both client and organizational objectives.

Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, from planning and execution to governance and reporting. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technology recommendations. Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and facilitate solution development.

Validate business requirements and ensure solution alignment through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. Create and maintain essential project documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and solution designs. Contribute to knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with a strong background in project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools is essential.

Key skills include PMO & Project Governance, Agile/Scrum delivery, and MIS reporting. The ability to manage client relationships, conduct thorough UAT, and maintain comprehensive documentation is crucial for success in this role. A graduate degree is required for this position.
