Develop, configure, test, and deploy business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with Power Apps, Power Fx, and Dataverse. Automate business processes with Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, and notifications. Create Power BI reports and dashboards, integrating solutions with various Microsoft and external services. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Prepare documentation, perform unit testing, and provide production support. Manage solution packaging, deployment, and ALM/CI/CD activities. Adhere to Power Platform security and governance best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support proof-of-concept development.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven), Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power BI is essential. Experience with application integration using connectors, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, or REST APIs is expected. Familiarity with Power Fx, Dataverse data modeling, security roles, solution management, ALM, and deployment practices is necessary. Understanding of Agile methodologies, requirement analysis, UAT support, and technical documentation is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital.
