Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual analytics aligned with business objectives. Implement data transformation, cleansing, and automation using Power Query or Power BI Dataflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate requirements into actionable insights. Ensure data integrity and optimize performance for reporting and analytics.

Integrate Power BI with Azure data sources, design semantic data models, and document best practices for Power BI assets. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, contributing to overall business goals. Utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies for efficient project lifecycle management.

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with at least 3 years of experience in the Power BI stack, including data engineering aspects. Proficiency in SQL Database, DAX, Power Query (M language), and Power BI Desktop & Service is essential.

Experience with data modeling, Power BI Service features (workspace management, gateways, RLS), and understanding of data warehouse/data lake concepts are critical. Strong data management and Excel skills are also required. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary for collaborating with stakeholders and teams.
