This role is part of the Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team, focusing on how enterprise technology acts as a catalyst for functional excellence, innovation, and sustained growth.

Develop and maintain robust Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions tailored to business needs. Implement data transformation, cleansing, and automation using Power Query or Power BI Dataflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insightful analytics. Ensure data integrity and optimize performance for reporting and analytics. Document best practices, governance standards, and deployment guidelines for Power BI assets.

Integrate Power BI with Azure data sources like Azure SQL Database. Design and implement semantic data models, establish relationships, and apply best practices for performance. Understand data warehouse and data lake concepts to build optimized reporting solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with Power BI stack technologies, including data engineering aspects. Proficiency in SQL Database is essential for writing complex queries and optimizing performance. Expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report development using Power BI is crucial.

Experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management, refreshes, gateways, and row-level security, is necessary. A strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake concepts is expected. Experience integrating Power BI with Azure data sources is required. The role demands collaboration with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and deliver insights.

Familiarity with ETL design principles for structured and unstructured data is important. Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed to share insights with business and leadership teams. Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and a passion for new technologies are highly valued. Certifications in relevant Azure or Power BI exams are a plus.
