Craft interactive Power BI dashboards with drill-throughs and role-based filters to provide tailored insights. Develop complex DAX measures and time-intelligence functions for dynamic KPI reporting. Utilize Power Query (M-Query) for advanced data transformations, ensuring data quality and optimal dashboard performance. Configure and maintain Power BI Gateways, automating refresh schedules and troubleshooting connectivity. Optimize report and data model performance through efficient design patterns.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs. Architect and implement end-to-end ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory. Develop PySpark notebooks on Azure Databricks for complex data processing and validation. Manage data governance and security in Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 using Unity Catalog. Participate actively in an Agile/Scrum framework, performing root cause analysis for data issues and implementing preventive measures.

A minimum of 3 to 6 years of overall experience is required, with at least 5 years dedicated to Power BI and analytics roles. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks is essential. Proficiency is expected in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, and Power Query (M).

Skills in Python, Apache PySpark, and SQL (T-SQL, ANSI) are necessary. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Unity Catalog, CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps), data modeling, and performance tuning is crucial.
