As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts. You'll analyze results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and collaborate closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams for issue resolution. Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations and ensure applications consistently meet stringent performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

We are seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of experience and hands-on proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter. A strong grasp of Performance Testing and Engineering concepts, including Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing, is essential. Expertise in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis, along with robust debugging skills across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers, is required. Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or Grafana, knowledge of Web/API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, Linux, log analysis, and Agile/DevOps environments is also expected.

An educational background of BE/B.Tech is required for this role.
