As a Performance Test Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute performance test scripts. You will analyze test results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and collaborate closely with development, DBA, infrastructure, and architecture teams to find solutions. Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations to ensure applications meet critical performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

We seek candidates with 3-6 years of experience in performance testing. Essential skills include hands-on expertise with LoadRunner and JMeter, a strong grasp of performance testing and engineering concepts, and experience with various testing types like Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability. Proficiency in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, root cause analysis, and debugging across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers is crucial. Familiarity with APM tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics, web/API performance testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, Linux, log analysis, and Agile/DevOps environments is expected. A BE/B.Tech educational background is required.
