Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test scripts to assess application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. Provide expert consultancy on performance testing best practices, methodologies, and tools, tailoring strategies to specific client requirements.

Monitor and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, offering actionable recommendations. Conduct performance testing reviews and walkthroughs with client teams, collaborating closely to optimize application performance based on test findings. Work in tandem with development and operations teams to implement performance improvements and provide guidance on code-level optimizations and system configurations.

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in designing and executing performance tests using industry-standard tools like LoadRunner and JMeter. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Key responsibilities include creating detailed documentation for performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts, and preparing clear, understandable performance test reports for client presentations. You will also maintain documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer, conduct training sessions and workshops, and stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in performance testing. Sharing knowledge and insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as a subject matter expert are also crucial aspects of this role.
