Drive end-to-end performance testing engagements independently, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Design, develop, and execute robust performance test scripts using NeoLoad. Plan and manage all aspects of performance testing activities. Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable optimization recommendations. Prepare essential documentation including test strategies, workload models, test plans, and detailed reports. Monitor application and infrastructure metrics diligently during test execution to ensure stability and performance. Support performance tuning efforts and conduct thorough root cause analysis for identified issues. Collaborate effectively with development, infrastructure, and business teams to achieve optimal performance. Provide regular, clear updates to stakeholders and project leadership on testing progress and outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Consultant with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of dedicated experience. A strong command of NeoLoad is essential, with a proven track record of at least one project successfully completed using this tool. Expertise in Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability Testing is required. Demonstrated experience in performance monitoring and analysis is crucial, alongside excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to independently lead performance testing assignments is a key requirement. A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree is expected.
