Join our Technology & Transformation: Engineering practice as a Performance Testing Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to leverage vast amounts of data, providing strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data and convert it into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in business intelligence, data management, and next-generation analytics.

Independently lead end-to-end performance testing engagements, from script design and execution using NeoLoad to comprehensive analysis and optimization recommendations. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and reporting on performance testing activities, monitoring application and infrastructure metrics, and supporting tuning efforts.

Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure optimal performance. Effectively communicate progress and findings to stakeholders and project leadership, driving performance improvements across the board.

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Consultant with 5-7 years of experience and proven hands-on expertise in NeoLoad, including at least one full project cycle. A strong understanding of load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing is essential.

Proficiency in performance monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting is required, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. The ability to lead performance testing assignments independently is a key requirement for this role. Experience with tools like LoadRunner, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic, and knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices are considered advantageous.
