You will engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. Focus on Change Experience & Learning, defining new workforce experiences like Agile and Digital Ways of Working. Drive Purpose, Culture, and Leadership initiatives to align with business strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, digitizing HR functions and transforming employee policies.

We are seeking individuals with 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential for delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
