As a Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will be involved in strategically aligning client people agendas with business goals.

Key areas of engagement include: - Designing integrated approaches for organization and workforce transformation, utilizing scenario modeling and workforce planning. - Enhancing client workforce experiences through new ways of working and accelerated adoption of digital learning platforms. - Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy to drive efficiency and innovation. - Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, and cloud technology.

To excel in this role, we seek individuals with 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
