As a Consultant, you will contribute to diverse projects focused on organizational and workforce transformation. This includes assisting clients in areas such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. You will also be involved in developing change management strategies, enhancing employee experience, and implementing new ways of working.

Furthermore, you will support initiatives related to aligning leadership and culture with business strategy, and contribute to the digitization and transformation of HR functions. Your role will involve delivering insightful and practical solutions to complex client challenges.

We are seeking individuals with 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. A practical and problem-solving approach is essential, coupled with the ability to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
