As an HR Generalist in Employee Lifecycle Management, you will provide crucial support to our Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits.

You will validate approvals, ensure data accuracy, and maintain comprehensive case documentation within the HR helpdesk system. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including HRBPs and payroll, to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transitions. A key part of the role is identifying process improvements and triaging HR cases to ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels, while strictly adhering to data privacy and confidentiality requirements.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environments. A strong HR operations mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent documentation skills are essential.

Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is required. Experience with HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, and a helpdesk/case management workflow tool such as ServiceNow HRSD, is necessary. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are also key requirements.
