Join a leading global professional services organization as a Consultant in Workforce Advisory. This role is crucial for supporting a global pharmaceutical company's HR Shared Services operations, focusing on employee lifecycle management. As part of our dynamic People Consulting team, you will help organizations strategically align their workforce with business objectives. We enable clients to reimagine their future, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structure to gain a competitive advantage.

Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, job changes, exits, and data updates. Validate approvals, employee data, and downstream impacts before execution, maintaining meticulous records in the HR helpdesk system.

Coordinate with various HR stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Support knowledge transfer activities and provide process insights. Triage and resolve HR cases within service level agreements, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to policies. Identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Perform necessary employee profile lookups in HCM platforms like Workday. Route complex cases to appropriate specialist teams with clear summaries. Monitor assigned queues and escalate service risks. Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards throughout all case management processes.

We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, specifically within HR Shared Services, GCC, GBS, or similar environments. A strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR ticketing systems, case documentation, and SLA management is essential.

Proficiency in using HR systems for data lookup and transactions is required, with experience in Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors being highly valued. Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or comparable case management platforms is also expected. Excellent business English and the ability to effectively support global stakeholders are critical for success in this role.
