This role is part of the National Workforce Advisory team, focusing on key areas within People Consulting:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Guiding clients in defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and digital collaboration, leveraging our digital platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and culture initiatives with business strategy, adapting to market demands, and developing modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, optimizing HR service delivery, implementing HR cloud technology, and refining employee policies and reward systems.

To excel in this role, you should possess 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal standards. A practical, problem-solving approach with the ability to deliver insightful solutions is essential.
