As an HR Generalist in Employee Lifecycle Management, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation. Your responsibilities include owning end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. You will validate approvals, maintain accurate case documentation in the HR helpdesk system, and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.

You will also triage and resolve employee HR cases within agreed service levels, ensuring all case notes and communications are meticulously maintained for audit readiness. Perform profile lookups in HR systems, route complex cases to specialists, and monitor assigned queues for SLA performance. A critical part of this role involves applying data privacy requirements, identifying trends for service improvements, and supporting quality reviews and knowledge transfer to maintain consistent resolution standards.

To excel in this role, you must possess 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, specifically within HR shared services, GCC, GBS, or similar environments. Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management is essential.

You should have working knowledge of HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality. Proficiency in using HR systems for transactions or queries, with exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, is required. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk/case management workflow is also necessary. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are crucial for this position.
