As a Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will engage in key areas including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

This involves applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and talent strategy. You will also help clients navigate new ways of working, implement digital change solutions, and develop modern leadership capabilities. The role also includes transforming HR functions through strategy, service delivery models, and cloud technology.

We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, possessing a practical approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to deliver insightful solutions.
