Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, job changes, manager changes, and exits. Validate approvals, ensure data accuracy, and maintain detailed audit trails in the HR helpdesk system. Coordinate with HRBPs, payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and provide operational execution for HR shared services. You will also triage and resolve HR cases within service level agreements, maintain case notes, and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services. Must have working knowledge of HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality. Proficiency in using HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, and experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management platforms is essential. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are also required.
