As an HR Generalist for Employee Lifecycle, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation. Your responsibilities include end-to-end management of employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits.

You will validate approvals and employee data, maintain accurate case records, and coordinate with HRBPs and payroll to resolve discrepancies. The role involves triaging HR cases, resolving them within service levels using approved policies, and maintaining detailed case notes for audit readiness.

Additional duties include performing employee profile lookups in HR systems, routing complex cases to specialists, and following up on missing information. You will also monitor queue performance, escalate service risks, and ensure adherence to data privacy requirements.

To excel in this role, a strong HR operations mindset with a focus on employee experience, policy adherence, and service controls is essential. High attention to detail, data accuracy, and strong documentation skills are required for audit-ready execution.

We are looking for candidates with clear written communication, professional stakeholder follow-through, and the ability to manage global hand-offs. Experience in a GCC or shared services model, including SLAs, queues, and governance reviews, is expected.

Mandatory requirements include 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services. Proficiency in HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is crucial. Experience with HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, and helpdesk/case management workflow tools such as ServiceNow HRSD, is also necessary. Strong business English is required to support global stakeholders.
