As an HR Generalist - Employee Lifecycle, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for a global pharma organization's HR Shared Services in Bangalore. This includes handling hires, transfers, job changes, exits, and data updates, ensuring adherence to HR policies, data privacy, and governance standards. You will validate approvals, maintain accurate case documentation in the HR helpdesk system, and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues.

Key duties involve triaging HR cases, resolving them within service level agreements using approved guides and knowledge articles, and performing data lookups in Workday or similar HCM platforms. You will escalate complex cases, monitor queue performance, and apply data privacy requirements throughout the case lifecycle. Identifying recurring issues and sharing observations for process improvements is also crucial.

We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services, specifically in employee lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and data confidentiality is essential. Proficiency in HR systems for data lookup and transaction execution is required, with exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or comparable case management workflows is also necessary. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are critical.

Ideal candidates possess a strong HR operations mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent documentation discipline. The ability to communicate clearly, follow through with stakeholders, and manage global hand-offs is vital. Comfort in a GCC or shared services model with SLAs, queues, and escalations is expected. While not mandatory, experience in Pharma, life sciences, regulated industries, BOT transitions, or knowledge base governance would be advantageous.
