As an HR Generalist - Employee Lifecycle, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation, focusing on end-to-end employee lifecycle management. This includes executing transactions for hires, transfers, job changes, exits, and data updates, while ensuring adherence to HR policies, country processes, and data privacy requirements.

You will validate approvals and data, maintain accurate case documentation, and coordinate with various HR stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities also involve supporting knowledge transfer, identifying process improvements, triaging HR cases, and resolving them within service level agreements using approved guidelines.

Key tasks include maintaining detailed case notes, performing employee profile lookups in HR systems, escalating complex cases appropriately, and monitoring assigned queues for performance and service risks. You will also apply data privacy and confidentiality standards throughout the case lifecycle and contribute to service quality improvements by sharing observations on repeat queries and process gaps.

To excel in this role, a strong HR operations mindset is essential, balancing employee experience with policy adherence and service controls. High attention to detail, data accuracy, and disciplined documentation are crucial for audit-ready execution.

We seek candidates with clear written communication skills, professional stakeholder follow-through, and the ability to manage global hand-offs effectively. Comfort operating in a GCC or shared services model, with experience in SLAs, queues, escalations, and governance reviews, is expected.

Required qualifications include 3-5 years of mandatory experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services. Proficiency in HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is necessary. Experience with HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, and ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk system, is required. Strong business English is essential to support global stakeholders.
