As an HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. Key duties involve validating approvals and data, maintaining accurate case records, and coordinating with various HR stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. You will triage and resolve employee HR cases within service level agreements, ensuring meticulous documentation for audit readiness.

Your role will also include performing data validation in HR systems like Workday, routing complex cases to specialist teams, and following up with stakeholders for timely closure. You will monitor queue performance, escalate service risks, and adhere strictly to data privacy and confidentiality requirements. Identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements will be crucial for enhancing service quality.

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, specifically within HR shared services, GCC, or GBS environments, with hands-on employee lifecycle management expertise. Essential skills include proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality.

Must have experience using HR systems for transaction execution or query resolution, with exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and validation. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk system is also required. Strong business English communication skills are necessary to support global stakeholders effectively.
