As an HR Generalist in Employee Lifecycle Management, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. You will validate approvals, maintain accurate case records in the HR helpdesk system, and coordinate with various HR teams to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you'll triage HR cases, resolve them within service level agreements using approved policies, and maintain detailed case notes for audit readiness. You will also perform employee profile lookups in systems like Workday and route complex cases to specialist teams while tracking assigned queues and performance metrics. A key aspect involves adhering to data privacy and confidentiality requirements throughout the case lifecycle and identifying trends for service improvement.

To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, specifically within HR shared services, GCC, or GBS environments, with hands-on employee lifecycle management expertise. A strong understanding of HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is essential. Proficiency in using HR systems and process documentation to execute transactions or resolve queries is required. Experience with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with exposure to ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable case management workflow, is crucial. Fluency in business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are necessary. A Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.
