As an HR Generalist for Employee Lifecycle management, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, from hiring to exits, ensuring accuracy through validation and adherence to HR policies, data privacy, and governance standards.

You will maintain detailed case records in the HR helpdesk system, coordinate with various HR teams to resolve discrepancies, and support knowledge transfer processes. Key duties involve triaging HR cases, resolving them within service level agreements using established guides, and performing lookups in HRIS platforms like Workday. Complex cases will be escalated with clear summaries and recommended actions. Continuous monitoring of queues, case ageing, and SLA performance is crucial, along with identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements.

To excel in this role, you need 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environments. A strong understanding of HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is essential.

Proficiency in using HR systems for executing transactions and resolving queries is required, with exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and validation being highly desirable. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management workflows is expected. Excellent business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are critical. A Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.
