Within the CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory domain, you will help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals. This involves reimagining the future workforce to ensure organizations have the right talent, with the right skills, at the optimal cost, thereby gaining a competitive advantage.

As an HR Generalist focused on the Employee Lifecycle within the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services, you will manage end-to-end HR transactions, including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. This involves validating approvals, maintaining accurate records in the HR helpdesk system, and coordinating with various HR stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. You will triage and resolve employee HR cases within service level agreements, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready. Additionally, you will perform data lookups in HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to validate information and support case resolution, escalating complex cases appropriately.

Key duties include maintaining detailed case notes, performing permitted employee profile lookups, and routing sensitive cases to specialist teams. You will also monitor assigned queues, track case ageing, and escalate service risks. A critical aspect of this role is adhering to data privacy and confidentiality requirements throughout the case lifecycle. You'll identify trends in queries and process gaps to drive service quality improvements and support knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure consistent resolution standards.

To excel in this role, you must possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within an HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environment. Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, meticulous case documentation, and a strong understanding of SLA management and employee data confidentiality are essential. You should be adept at utilizing HR systems and process documentation to execute transactions and resolve queries. Experience with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions is required, alongside familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk platform.

Strong business English communication skills are necessary to effectively support global stakeholders. While not mandatory, experience in Pharma or life sciences HR operations, exposure to BOT or transition environments, and knowledge of process documentation, knowledge base governance, and continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous. An awareness of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HR compliance requirements is also beneficial.
