As an HR Generalist - Employee Lifecycle, you will be instrumental in supporting the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. This involves validating approvals, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining audit trails, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.

You will triage and resolve employee and manager HR cases within agreed service levels, utilizing approved policies and process guides. Maintaining comprehensive case notes and ensuring adherence to data privacy requirements will be crucial. Additionally, you will perform data lookups in HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and escalate complex cases to specialist teams while monitoring queue performance and service risks.

We are seeking individuals with a strong HR operations mindset and 3-5 years of mandatory, hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environments. Essential skills include working knowledge of HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality.

Proficiency in using HR systems for data lookup and transaction execution is required, with exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors being highly beneficial. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk/case management workflow is also important. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are essential. A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.
