Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end management of employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. This involves validating approvals and data accuracy, maintaining meticulous case records in HR systems, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

You will triage and resolve HR cases within agreed service levels, ensuring adherence to policies and data privacy requirements. Additionally, you will identify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and support knowledge transfer activities to ensure operational readiness and consistent service delivery.

Key tasks include performing data lookups in HR platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, escalating complex cases appropriately, and actively monitoring assigned queues and SLA performance. You will also contribute to quality reviews and continuously share observations for service enhancement.

To excel in this role, a strong HR operations mindset with a focus on employee experience, policy adherence, and service controls is essential. You must possess high attention to detail, ensure data accuracy, and maintain excellent documentation for audit purposes.

Excellent written communication and stakeholder follow-through skills are necessary, along with comfort operating within a GCC or shared services model. The ability to quickly learn process nuances during knowledge transfer and convert knowledge into effective execution is vital.

We require 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services, with hands-on employee lifecycle management. Familiarity with HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is crucial. Exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, and experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk system, are highly desirable. Proficiency in business English to support global stakeholders is also a must.
