Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end management of employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, job changes, manager changes, and exits. You will validate approvals, ensure data accuracy, and maintain detailed records in our HR helpdesk system. This includes coordinating with various HR functions to resolve discrepancies and supporting knowledge transfer processes. You will triage and resolve employee HR cases within defined service levels, ensuring comprehensive documentation for audit readiness. Additionally, you'll perform data validation in HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and escalate complex cases to specialist teams. Proactive identification of recurring issues and process improvements is also key to this role.

We are seeking individuals with 3-5 years of mandatory hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environments. A strong understanding of HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is essential. Proficiency in using HR systems for transactions and query resolution is required, with specific experience in Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions being highly beneficial. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management platforms is expected. Excellent business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are critical for success in this role.
