As an HR Generalist within our Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This involves operational execution, case support, data stewardship, and stakeholder follow-up.

Key duties include: - Owning employee lifecycle transactions (hires, transfers, exits). - Validating approvals and employee data for payroll and reporting accuracy. - Maintaining accurate case documentation and audit trails in the HR helpdesk system. - Collaborating with HRBPs, payroll, and other teams to resolve data discrepancies. - Supporting knowledge transfer and confirming operational readiness. - Identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements. - Triaging and resolving HR cases within agreed service levels using approved policies. - Escalating complex or sensitive cases to specialist teams with clear summaries. - Monitoring assigned queues, case aging, and SLA performance, escalating risks as needed. - Adhering to data privacy and confidentiality requirements throughout the case lifecycle. - Sharing observations on trends and gaps for service quality improvements.

Technical Competencies: - A strong HR operations mindset balancing employee experience, policy, and controls. - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and documentation. - Clear written communication and professional stakeholder engagement skills. - Comfort working in a GCC or shared services model with SLAs and governance. - Ability to quickly learn process nuances and convert knowledge into action. - Sound judgment in handling confidential information and escalating sensitive matters.

Mandatory Experience: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services. - Working knowledge of HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality. - Proficiency in using HR systems and process documentation for transaction execution and query resolution. - Experience with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions. - Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable case management workflow. - Strong business English communication skills to support global stakeholders.
