As an HR Generalist for Employee Lifecycle, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operations. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. You will validate approvals, maintain accurate case documentation in HR helpdesk systems, and coordinate with various teams to resolve discrepancies. This role involves triaging HR cases, resolving them within service levels, and performing data lookups in HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. You will also escalate complex cases and monitor queue performance, ensuring adherence to data privacy and confidentiality requirements.

We require 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services. Essential skills include proficiency in HR ticketing systems, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality. A working knowledge of HR systems for executing transactions and resolving queries, coupled with exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, is crucial. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable case management workflow is also necessary. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are mandatory.
