Within the CNS-PC-Talent domain, consultants help clients strategically align their people agenda with business objectives, placing the human element at the core of transformation journeys. The focus is on enabling organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring the right talent, skills, and cost structures are in place to achieve a competitive advantage.

Drive organization and workforce transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models using scenario modeling, org design, and workforce planning. Facilitate change experience and learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, and ensuring accelerated adoption through digital platforms. Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies to foster efficiency and innovation. Lead HR transformation, systems, and rewards initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and the digitization of HR functions, to align with business and individual objectives.

Possess strong expertise in Compensation and Rewards, with the ability to design and implement reward frameworks. Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR Transformation, including process redesign and operating model improvements. Exhibit the capacity for rapid learning and adaptability to new client contexts, tools, and frameworks. Possess working knowledge of Org Structuring and Job Evaluation for workforce and role design. Prove capability in leading end-to-end workstream delivery, coupled with strong stakeholder management and proposal support skills.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree, along with experience in Human Resources. Candidates should be collaborative problem-solvers with a practical approach to delivering insightful solutions.
