This role is part of our National PAS WKFA CNS PC TALENT team in Bangalore. The National division comprises sector-agnostic teams, offering a well-rounded experience across various industries. Our People Consulting professionals strategically align clients' people agendas with their business goals, placing individuals at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through their workforce.

You will apply general consulting methodologies to support client engagements and solve business challenges. This involves analyzing operational requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables, conducting thorough research, and synthesizing information to prepare clear documentation and recommendations. You will also support project execution through effective coordination, tracking, and issue resolution across different workstreams. Demonstrating proficiency in working with data, presentations, and reports is crucial for supporting consulting analyses and client delivery.

We are seeking individuals with a strong capability in consulting methodologies and a practical approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Data Analysis. Essential qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Electronics or a Master of Business Administration.
