Join our team as a Consultant specializing in Other EPM solutions, focusing on IBM TRIRIGA and Finance Transformation. This position involves implementing and supporting IBM MREF (formerly TRIRIGA) solutions, playing a key role in upgrade, migration, and modernization projects. You will have the opportunity to explore and implement cutting-edge AI use cases, including Generative AI, to enhance workplace, facilities, and real estate processes.

Key responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and supporting IBM MREF (TRIRIGA) solutions. You will actively participate in significant upgrade and migration projects from TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+. Developing and customizing workflows, forms, reports, integrations, and business objects will be central to this role.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions. The role also entails performing application troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, and deployment activities. A forward-thinking aspect of the position involves exploring and implementing GenAI and Agentic AI use cases tailored for workplace, facilities, and real estate management.

We are looking for candidates with 3–6 years of experience specifically in IBM TRIRIGA or IBM MREF. Proven hands-on experience with TRIRIGA 11.x to MAS 8.x+ upgrade projects is essential. Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs is required.

Candidates should possess experience in integrations, workflow development, data migration, and security configuration. Exposure to emerging technologies like GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or IBM watsonx is highly beneficial. A solid understanding of Facilities, Space, Lease, and Real Estate Management processes, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, are vital for success in this role.
