Seeking an expert in Oracle OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher for HR Transformation.

This role involves designing and implementing robust reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in developing, customizing, and optimizing reports to meet diverse client needs.

As a Manager, you'll collaborate with clients to understand their unique reporting requirements, delivering high-quality, tailored reports leveraging OTBI and BI Publisher.

Lead the development of customized OTBI and BI Publisher reports for Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.). Collaborate with functional teams to translate reporting requirements into technical specifications.

Develop, customize, and optimize OTBI reports for accurate data retrieval. Build and deploy BI Publisher reports, including layouts and data models. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports and data discrepancies.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle for reports. Perform performance tuning and provide guidance on Oracle reporting tools to junior consultants and end-users. Ensure reports align with business needs and Oracle Cloud updates.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle reporting, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and their integration with OTBI/BIP. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying OTBI and BI Publisher reports, including custom layouts and data models.

In-depth understanding of Oracle Data Models, SQL, and data retrieval techniques. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting best practices is essential. Experience with XML, XSL, and web technologies for BI Publisher is highly desirable.
