Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Consultant, focusing on Oracle security and risk management in the cloud. You will play a pivotal role in driving functional discoveries and workshops, translating complex business needs into actionable functional requirements.

This role is crucial for enhancing functional excellence and enabling innovation and growth through robust enterprise technology solutions. We are seeking individuals who can bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation in a dynamic cloud environment.

Lead functional discovery sessions and workshops, particularly in Identity and Access Management.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Develop a deep understanding of user lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Collaborate with architects and integration teams to address design impacts and dependencies.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring clear test scenarios and sign-off criteria are met.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Identity and Access Management Subject Matter Expert (SME), with significant experience integrating with Active Directory, databases, and Oracle EBS.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of key security concepts including Authentication, Authorization, and Multi-Factor Authentication.

Show proven experience in leading requirements elicitation and specification for intricate functional domains.

Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, along with strong collaborative skills across business and technical stakeholders.
