Deeply engage with concepts such as Authentication, Authorization, and Multi-Factor Authentication.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of user lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and segregation of duties principles.

Collaborate closely with architectural and integration teams to refine design and manage dependencies.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Oracle Identity and Access Management Subject Matter Expert is essential, with a strong emphasis on integration with Active Directory, databases, and Oracle EBS.

Possess a solid understanding of Java, SQL, and REST API technologies.

Proven experience in leading requirements elicitation and specification for intricate functional domains.
