Join our dynamic HR Transformation team as an Oracle Fusion Absence Consultant. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, consistently aiming to surpass their expectations.

This role offers the opportunity to engage in all project phases, from initial client demonstrations and workshops to requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, and successful go-live support. You will be a key contributor to delivering high-quality outcomes within project timelines.

As an Oracle Fusion Absence Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in the Absence module, including Absence Types, Absence Plans, Absence Accrual Logics, Absence Validations & Restrictions, and Absence Approval Workflows.

Your responsibilities will also extend to the OTL module, covering Timecard, Timecard Layout, Timecard Processing Profile, and Timecard Approval Workflows. You will be proficient in Page Personalization and customization, and adept at developing complex Fast Formulas for both Absence and OTL.

Staying current with Oracle Core HR updates, you will assess their impact and implement system enhancements. Additionally, you will provide essential end-user support and training to maximize the effective utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.

We are seeking a Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Absence, and OTL. A proven track record of successfully completing four or more full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations is essential.

This role requires extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. A robust understanding of HR best practices, cross-pillar dependencies, and application functionalities is crucial. Prior experience in client-facing roles and strong communication skills are also key requirements.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree in any discipline.
