Join our HR Transformation Team as an Oracle Fusion Absence Consultant in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with clients to understand their HR challenges and design innovative solutions using Deloitte's Human Capital services. This role is crucial for driving impactful HR and talent initiatives.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting project deadlines.

Manage all project phases, from client demos and requirement gathering to analysis, design, configuration, and testing.

Implement and configure the Absence module, including Absence Types, Absence Plans, Accrual Logics, Validations, Restrictions, and Approval Workflows.

Configure the OTL module, covering Timecard Layouts, Processing Profiles, and Approval Workflows.

Develop and customize solutions using Page Personalization and Fast Formulas for Absence and OTL.

Stay updated with Oracle Core HR advancements, assess their impact, and recommend system improvements. Provide end-user training and support to maximize Oracle HCM Cloud utilization.

Minimum 3 years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL).

Proven experience with 4 or more full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Demonstrated success in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Solid understanding of HR best practices, cross-pillar dependencies, and application functionalities.

Excellent communication skills and prior experience in client-facing roles. A Bachelor's, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree in any field is required.
