Join our dynamic HR Transformation team as a Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Absence Management. This role offers the opportunity to shape critical HR programs by leveraging cutting-edge analytics and industry insights.

As part of Deloitte's Human Capital practice, you will collaborate with talented professionals to design and implement innovative talent and change management solutions that drive business success.

Engage in all project phases, from client demos and workshops to requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting project deadlines.

Key responsibilities include: - Implementing Absence Types, Absence Plans, Absence Accrual Logics, Validations & Restrictions, and Approval Workflows. - Configuring Timecard Layouts, Processing Profiles, and Approval Workflows within OTL. - Performing page personalization and customization. - Developing complex Fast Formulas for Absence and OTL modules. - Staying updated on Oracle Core HR enhancements and recommending system improvements.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, and OTL. A strong track record of at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess: - Deep expertise in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. - A comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and cross-pillar dependencies. - Excellent communication and client-facing experience. - A Bachelor's, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree in any field.
