As part of the Enterprise Technology & Performance team, you will leverage your expertise to optimize financial consolidation and reporting processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading firm and contribute to significant client projects.

Your responsibilities will span functional and technical domains. You will gather and analyze business requirements for financial consolidation and reporting, conduct stakeholder workshops, and configure Oracle FCCS to align with business needs.

Key tasks include designing and supporting financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and various reporting types. You will also develop and maintain FCCS metadata, business rules, calculations, forms, reports, and dashboards, while assisting with data integration and application migrations. Troubleshooting and performance optimization are also integral to this role.

We are seeking a skilled Oracle FCCS Consultant with experience in implementation projects from requirements gathering through to hypercare support. You will execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing, and provide production support.

Collaboration with finance, accounting, IT, and business teams is essential, as is coordinating with project managers and technical architects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with client-facing consulting experience and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

While a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is preferred, a certification in Oracle FCCS or EPM Cloud is advantageous. An MBA Finance, CA, CPA, or CMA is considered a plus.
