Seeking an Oracle ARCS Consultant to drive finance transformation through expert implementation and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service. This role is pivotal in automating reconciliation processes, enhancing financial controls, and optimizing the financial close cycle. Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver impactful solutions.
This position focuses on modernizing financial operations by leveraging cutting-edge Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and efficient financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for account reconciliations and financial close processes, conducting fit-gap analyses, and recommending Oracle ARCS best practices. Configure and implement ARCS modules such as Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, and Period Close Compliance. Design reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows, and approval processes. Develop inbound and outbound data integrations with various ERP systems, support application security, and execute production support activities. Prepare design documents, test scripts, and provide hypercare post-go-live support.
Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and IT. Provide regular project status updates, resolve issues promptly, and conduct user training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer. Validate reconciliation balances, matching results, and workflow approvals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
We require expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, and Oracle EPM Cloud. Proficiency in Data Integration/Data Management, Smart View, and a solid understanding of Financial Close Processes, General Ledger, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations are essential. Strong knowledge of Financial Controls and Compliance, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, is expected.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance are highly regarded. Prior experience with 1-3 Oracle ARCS implementation projects is advantageous. Familiarity with Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, EDM, or other Oracle EPM products is a plus.
