We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in delivering impactful payroll solutions. Your contributions will be integral to enhancing our clients' HR capabilities and optimizing their payroll processes through the Oracle EBS platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle EBS Payroll modules to meet client-specific HR transformation goals.

You will be instrumental in developing and amending Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Furthermore, you will provide valuable insights by defining and delivering information available from the Oracle EBS Payroll module, enhancing the payroll business environment and addressing constraints.

A minimum of 3 years of experience and certification in Oracle EBS Payroll functional expertise is required.

Proficiency in writing, amending, and understanding Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas is essential. Experience with at least two full Oracle HCM Global Payroll Module implementations (preferably in India, UK, USA, or Middle East) is necessary.

Familiarity with payroll reconciliation processes, parallel run strategies, and Batch Loader/SHDL for data loading is expected. Understanding integrations with modules such as Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences, along with knowledge of standard connectors for payroll providers like ADP and CDP, will be highly valued.
