Join our team as an Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant, focusing on HR Transformation initiatives. This role requires a solid understanding of Oracle EBS Payroll functional aspects and the ability to enhance business processes through effective use of the module.

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in payroll implementations and a knack for reconciling payroll data and managing parallel run strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating payroll with other HR modules.

Implement and configure Oracle EBS Payroll modules to meet business requirements. Develop, amend, and understand Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas. Analyze and improve payroll business processes by leveraging Oracle EBS Payroll functionalities. Lead and contribute to at least two full payroll implementations (HCM Global Payroll). Manage payroll reconciliation processes and define parallel run strategies. Utilize batch loading tools for efficient data management. Understand and address integration points with Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences modules. Configure and leverage standard connectors for various payroll providers (e.g., ADP, CDP).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Payroll functional consulting. Possess certification in Oracle EBS Payroll. Demonstrate strong business knowledge in Oracle EBS Payroll, including Fast Formula expertise. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the payroll business environment and its constraints. Proven experience in at least 2+ Payroll Implementations within the HCM Global Payroll module (India, UK, USA, or Middle East experience preferred). Experience with payroll reconciliation processes and parallel run strategies. Familiarity with Batch Loader/SHDL for data loading. Understanding of integration touchpoints with other modules like Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences. Knowledge of configuring and using standard connectors for payroll providers such as ADP and CDP.
