Implement and configure Oracle EBS Procurement modules (PO, iProcurement, Sourcing) and Fusion Cloud SCM. Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, from requisition to payment. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle EBS solutions. Configure procurement setups, including approval hierarchies, workflows, and buyer rules. Integrate Procurement modules with Inventory (INV), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL). Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, including BRDs and setup documents. Perform unit testing, system testing, and provide UAT and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects development and deployment. Troubleshoot procurement, approval, and supplier-related issues promptly and effectively. Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and procurement policies. Provide end-user training and ongoing support to stakeholders.
Possess hands-on experience with Oracle EBS & Fusion Procurement modules. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes. Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 is preferred. Knowledge of approvals management (AME), workflows, and security roles is essential. Experience in multi-org environments is a plus. Exhibit strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Experience with iExpenses integration is beneficial. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on RICEFW objects. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
