Lead requirement gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders. Conduct solution design, business process mapping, and CRP sessions. Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules to meet specific business needs. Develop essential documentation including Functional Design Documents (FDD), BR100s, setup documents, test scripts, and training materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SCM solutions. Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation. Drive efficient issue resolution, defect management, and hypercare activities. Ensure Oracle Cloud solutions are aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Support data validation, process compliance, and system governance.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in ERP consulting and software testing, including a minimum of 5 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementations. A strong command of Source-to-Receipt (S2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes is essential, complemented by proven hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud configuration.

Your background should include experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and workshops. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills are critical. Experience with global implementation, rollout, and hypercare support projects is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), Commerce (BCom), or related fields is required, with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Commerce (MCom) being advantageous. A BE, MBA, BCom, or MCom degree is required.
