Join our dynamic team as an OFSAA Technical Consultant, specializing in core banking systems like Finacle and Flexcube. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle AFCS (Accounting Foundations Cloud Services) and contribute to critical regulatory reporting initiatives within the financial services industry. Be at the forefront of driving functional excellence and innovation.

Engage in comprehensive regulatory requirement analysis, translating RBI RBS guidelines into detailed business and functional specifications. Perform intricate data mapping across various banking systems, including Core Banking, Treasury, Risk, and ERP. Configure RBS tranche templates, define calculation logic for key financial metrics (RWA, CAR, IRRBB, LCR, NSFR), and implement robust data validation and reconciliation frameworks. You will also design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the accuracy of regulatory calculations and data completeness, while effectively managing stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Technology departments.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and strong hands-on experience in Oracle AFCS implementation or support. Your functional expertise should encompass banking products, GL, and accounting, with OFSAA domain experience being a significant advantage. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, understanding of data warehousing/ETL principles, and experience with regulatory reporting systems are essential. Excellent business analysis skills, including BRD/FRD documentation, data mapping, gap analysis, UAT planning, and strong stakeholder communication, are crucial for success in this role.
