Join our team as a Functional Consultant, specializing in OFSAA ERM. You will play a pivotal role in integrating finance, data, and technology to empower banks and financial institutions with optimized profitability solutions. This role is based in Mumbai, offering a collaborative environment for immediate joiners or those on notice periods.

Your core responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Business and IT teams to enhance and support existing solutions. - Leading the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Design Documents across various modules. - Translating complex business needs into actionable system logic and developing comprehensive test cases. - Conducting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating outputs for accuracy. - Ensuring data integrity and consistency across all implemented modules on the platform.

We are seeking candidates with: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or MIS Reporting within a Banking or Upper Layer NBFC. - A strong academic background, preferably a CA or an Engineer with an MBA in Finance, ideally with FP&A experience in banks. - Deep expertise in Funds Transfer Pricing, Cost Allocation, and management reporting. - Prior experience with OFSAA implementation or management reporting is highly valued. - Proficiency in SQL and demonstrated data analysis capabilities. - Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
